Youth and Family Outreach (YFO) is expanding its early childhood and family support model through a transformative project that brings childcare, affordable housing, and coordinated family services together in one location.

58 to 110 slots: Childcare capacity will double.
12,000 square feet: An early childhood facility on the first floor.
48 affordable family housing units: Four floors of housing above the childcare facility.
The project is the first of its kind in Maine to combine housing, childcare, and family support services - creating a place where families can access early learning, stable housing, and coordinated support..
